For managing agents in supported accommodation
Five minutes on a phone.A file that passes inspection.
Your support workers tap through a short form at the visit. Our team writes, checks and delivers every record your landlord and the council will ask for, on your own forms, typed into your landlord's own portal where required.

Why providers come to us
The support happens. Proving it is the hard part.
Most providers run good support. What fails at inspection is rarely the support itself. It is the paperwork behind it, written at ten in the evening by people who were hired to support residents, not to write.
Writing time eats support time
Every hour of support can create close to an hour of write-up - and it lands on your best support workers, in the evening, from memory.
→Support workers tap structured points in minutes, on the doorstep. Our team does the writing.
Contracts live and die by evidence
Councils are tightening checks on supported accommodation. Weak session evidence puts income at risk.
→Every note is written to council-inspection standard, in your required format, by people accountable for every word.
Backlogs surface right before an audit
Notes written weeks late - or never - mean panic when an inspection lands.
→Finished notes come back within 24 working hours as standard, so every resident's file is permanently current.
Quality depends on who's on shift
Agency cover and staff turnover produce patchy, inconsistent records.
→The guided form asks the right questions and the same dedicated team writes every note - consistent, whoever ran the session.
The whole idea, in one example
Short answers are complete answers.
The only writing we ask of your support workers is a few short phrases about what was actually discussed. Writing it up properly is our job, not theirs.
Typed by the support worker
“Bedroom untidy, bike in the communal hallway”
Written on the finished note
“We spoke about the condition of his bedroom and the bicycle that had been left in the communal hallway. I explained the importance of keeping his own room tidy and of keeping shared areas clear and safe for everyone using the property.”
Evenings back
About five minutes of tapping replaces the hour of writing that usually follows a shift.
Nothing chased later
Room photo, benefit evidence and both signatures are captured before the support worker leaves.
Nothing invented
If your support worker did not say it, it is not on the record. Gaps are queried, never guessed at.
What we produce
Everything in the resident's file, not just the session note.
An inspector reads a file from referral to review, and notices when the parts do not agree. We produce it as one connected record, on your own forms.
Session notesevery visit, written to pass inspection, photographs and both signatures embedded
Missed visit recordsthe attempt, the reason and the follow-up, recorded rather than lost
Wellbeing checksroutine safe and well contact between sessions, written up and filed
Move-in paperworkreferral, personal details, missing person form and the rest, on your own forms
Risk assessmentsprepared by our team, reviewed, then signed with the resident
Support plansgoals with dated progress comments, a living document rather than a form filled once
Quarterly reviewstracked on each resident's own cycle, delivered like any other record
Housing benefit evidencea dedicated photo slot, prompted in the month it falls due
Working under a registered landlord
Nobody on your team logs in to type up the week.
Most registered landlords want case notes kept current in their own system, on their own forms - and that second round of typing is usually where evenings go. We work inside Managing Agent Portal systems every working day: each approved note is entered for you, exactly as approved, and tracked entry by entry to done. The weekly login and typing session disappears from your diary altogether.
Their forms, not ours
Referrals, risk assessments, support plans and reviews come out on your landlord's own document formats, rebuilt faithfully rather than approximated.
Your template, your wording
Session notes are produced on your own template, in your own house wording, per property where those differ.
A promise you can measure
Standard turnaround is 24 working hours from submission, agreed per client, with delivery against it reported in your portal.

Your portal
You see everything. You chase nothing.
Your own login shows your organisation and nobody else's. It is built for the questions managers actually ask: is every resident being seen, is anything late, and can I put my hands on the file the moment somebody asks for it.
Every record in one place
searchable by resident and month, as PDF and editable Word
A weekly coverage grid
every resident, every week, so a gap shows before an inspector finds it
Turnaround, measured
our delivery reported live against the promise, in working hours - you never take our word for it
Tenancy changes, logged

Not another platform to run
Software gives you a system. We give you the finished file.
Housing management software still leaves the hardest part - the writing - with your team. We took the opposite approach.
Audit-ready records produced by trained documentation specialists who are accountable for every word - not a ChatGPT subscription your staff have to wrestle with.
Security and data protection
Built for data about vulnerable people.
You are trusting us with sensitive records about vulnerable adults. The platform is built, and contracted, accordingly.
UK GDPR
Fully compliant, with a written data processing agreement in place with every client.
Data held in the UK
Hosted in the United Kingdom, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily.
Sealed off, client by client
Each client's data is isolated at the database level itself; every login sees only its own organisation and role.
Nothing can quietly disappear
Originals are frozen at submission, every action is logged with who and when, and nothing is ever hard-deleted.
ICO registered
Olive Branch Support Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC198738.
A vetted team
Everyone who touches your records works under written contract and confidentiality obligations.
Getting started
Live in days, not months.
There is no software rollout, because there is nothing for you to roll out. Three steps and your evidence file starts building itself.
01
A 20-minute call
We show the platform live and look at your current note format together - your paperwork, your framework, your portals.
02
We set everything up
Your properties, residents, support workers and house style - loaded by us. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, no setup fee.
03
Pilot with real sessions
Your support workers submit real sessions from their phones the same week. Finished notes come back for you to judge the quality yourself.
Documentation standards are tightening across the sector. Providers that can evidence their support cleanly will keep their contracts - and win the ones others lose.
Next steps
Judge us on your own paperwork.
Send us one real session, however roughly it is written, and we will return the finished note on your own template within a day. Or book a 20-minute call and we will walk you through the whole service live.
